Drug Dealing Tenants What should i do?

I am currently in the process of closing on my first Duplex in the Chicago Suburbs. It is a long story yet i was able to get an off market deal, in exchange for handling all the problems. I close September 1st.

The current tenants that my Partner and I will be replacing for a live and flip, are not doing us any favors and i feel i will be evicting them and have contacted attorneys.

My question comes to this, as the lady has taken me on as a maintenance manager so I can make the necessary repairs to the property i was Patch tiling the bathroom. The tenants saved the tiles in a plastic bag under the sink. When i pulled out the bag, another small bag of White Powder flew out( i am assuming but not finding out what kind of drug this is).

We have suspected Drug dealing as we have been there many times to fix things, and paint, There are many coming and goings.

What can i do? If i call the police can they arrest every one and i can just move there units to storage for 30 days? Do i still need to go through the eviction process? If they refuse to leave can i go after them not just for the rent i am not collecting but also the rent i will have to pay for the 3-6 month process.
