Hi Bob,If you have had a positive experience like it seems that you have, I'd suggest sticking with your current turnkey provider.8 years is a long time and only having 2 tenant turnovers in that time is fantastic.They have stood the test of time and not many turnkey providers do.Also, why fix it if it's not broken?

Any advice on if we should use it to pay off our loans against two of our retirement accounts (that we took out for the downpayment on the first STR) in order to lower the monthly bills or if we can/should cash out one or two of our retirement accounts (457 and/or 403b) and pay off the loans?

First, never send a lender money unless it's to be paid for appraisal or admin charges and if you looking for a good lender I could refer you to our hedge fund which offers you a hard money loan with no experience and only must be a homeowner.
