While I have a much greater knowledge of the industry, often more educated, experience beyond comparison and may transact a more involved transaction than a brand new wholesaler, I can not legally or ethically justify a much greater profit than anyone else when performing the same type of service, as the equitable nature of the business conducted is limited.

You can always allow some exceptions and justify your allowances which is better than leaning the other way.For young tenants, I assess them by parents or others who sign as a guarantor, they may not have 5 years rental history but mom and dad do and they probably have a job too!

Sure I may sleep better at night, but owning rental properties in a LLC is much more difficult and I'm curious to hear if it has ever actually provided anyone real tangible protection to justify the trouble.
