Just to let you know where my thoughts are right now, I am thinking of the following:Doing- Bi-Annual HVAC maintenance - Annual Pest inspection - Bi-Annual interior/exterior inspection of each propertyNot Doing- Quarterly Pest inspectionTenants are expected to do:- Change A/C filters every 1-2 monthsPlease let me know, really need to round out my thinking here!

Thanks for the replies, I have actually been in the remodel business for the past couple of years do everything from hardwood floor installation/ refinishing to interior trim and everything in between.

The State Insurance laws can impact what the Association has to insure and what you have to coverage (ie. walls, interior wiring or plumbing, fixtures, etc.).

The site plan is currently under review and so far no design issues.I own the entire lot right now and will be selling each of the 6 lots to the new home buyers so they can obtain their own construction loan.
