Planning on using RentRedi for all payments and interactions (not 100% yet, still looking at them all).So my questions are:When should we introduce ourselves to the tenants?

Swanny not my lane certainly.. but with my interactions with commerical world and I have brokered a few 5 mil plus properties over the years as special project ( nice pay days though LOL)  but generally speaking your listing broker Normally has the property sold to one of his/her clients and only the stale stuff or over priced etc  hits loopnet coastar etc. 

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

@Dave Foster would be good to talk to as he can help out with the calculations but your CPA that you use should know or be able to refer you out to someone who knows real estate and cap gains.

However, after the interaction, I just don't have faith he will act without malice on our behalf as we near the end.

I have joined two so far but there are still via zoom so there is not much interaction that can go on like in person it seems.
