My dilemma continues.

If properties don't sell, they will continue lowering the price until they do.More often than not, you will likely receive a counter offer from the REO asset manager, even if you shoot them a very low offer.

So I think with what todays investors learned from the past will force them to analyze markets much more and continue to hedge their largest bets on real estate as opposed to stock.

I continued to pay PM fee each month even when not receiving rent from tenant  out of good faith- I have lost rents of more than 5 months - do i have any rights to take action against the PM company?  

I think the areas that have been the hardest will continue to drop 1%/month and hopefully flatten out by summer.
