I've had a profile on there with dozens of previous transactions, reviews, awards, etc...Not one lead from them.

I've helped a couple close friends sell their properties throught the MLS sites and have been generally impressed.

It will based on your personal credit only if you gave  theme your ssn# and PG, but you could give your duns# and other info and get unsecured LOC if your profile settled up right!

They actually work through people in the industry to get referred to other people that might fit their profile.

I will still make a profit if I sell it However, I was under the impression it come free of all liens.
