People shouldn't be impressed with seed rounds of capital.  

I kind of get the impression you are the guy with experience and the money.

At this point I was very impressed with the speedy service.Below the dotted line is the info that I received regarding how they operate. 

However, I will tell you that my experience has been that once you get under contract and buyers have an inspection, they're going to ask you to fix all that stuff anyway even if they gave the impression that they understood the situation and won't ask for much during inspection.  

It also comes with vinyl siding and a composition roof, one year warranty.

Closing went as our others have - sans keys, no mention or reference to its occupied status, and I was under the impression that the eviction / meet the occupied process was on me.

Doug Bogan handles the property management side of the company and I have been impressed and had a very pleasant experience working with Doug and Rob for many years.
