My investment ratios are 40% towards real estate, 20% stocks, 20% crypto and 20% back into the business which allows me to grow the quickest.

We are projected to have incredible growth in the coming years.

Columbus has lots of job opportunities and population growth

I would select a market with a large dense population, a relatively high median income, job and population growth, venues for sports or entertainment and an area near hospitals.

This would limit future growth in the apartment market.

To accommodate this growth, a second high school is in the planning stages, as the current high school has exceeded its capacity.

Also will be top 3 for negative rent growth for quite some time...

I figured that would be the best choice, however.. can't it limit growth of portfolio if our funds continue to get exhuasted with the down payments vs. refinancing out to pay off the hard money lenders.. 

The old way of doing things has done well for the current owners, but cannot support any further growth
