The question is did listening to podcast numbers 150-310 stop you from putting it into practice and achieving your own goals?!

@Christopher ThroopTo clarify, there are no IRS restrictions as to how much of an IRA may be invested.There are however, two practical considerations:As Loren notes, you would need to have reserves in the account to handle any operating expenses (planned or unexpected) associated with the investment of the IRA.  

There is some case law but little case law as compares to actual practice.  

If I give you one it may be looked at as I'm "practicing" law.

@Stanley Okazaki Not sure what your screening process is, but there were a few good suggestions you should use moving forward from @Dan Perrott and @Alberto De jesusYou should also have screening criteria somewhere in case you're accused of discriminatory practices.
