Expect to really deal hunt in Northern VA as prices are much higher than the rest of the state but the opportunity for larger ROI is there as well.Job market in Northern Virginia is also very strong and Amazon just announced half of their HQ2 will be in Crystal City, VA (right outside DC).

You still have to hunt for deals, just have to be more diligent.

Once the hunt begins in earnest finding a contractor will be the biggest hurdle.
