I've honestly gotten better suggestions from other posts than from the gaggle posting here, telling me what a horrible PM I must be and should kick these kids to the curb...I don't know whether to laugh my *** off at the sheer unprofessional responses or delete my account here and never load this page again. 

They are severely under priced and their financials are horrible.

I went to a REIA a few weeks ago, and they were just stressing how wholesalers present them horrible deals or deals that aren't in their criteria... but in retrospect...

My hard money lender is willing to refinance at 4.25%, which isn't horrible and definitely an option, but I would like to shop around. 

I had a HORRIBLE experience with bad leads that were not vetted at all... 

Now we are trying to rectify our error in a horrible market. 

Hi Dave,I, myself, have horrible handwriting and it similarly would not be good use of my time, but my wife on the other hand has beautiful penmanship and wants to contribute.  

I am wanting to move my kids to a new school districts and out of the one we are in which is horrible. 

However, my current property management company is horrible!
