Anyone in the Chicago area that would be able to help point me in a good direction on how to get these properties to section 8 or find section 8 tenants?

This helps to build trust and shows that I'm transparent about the process.- Highlight the Certainty and Convenience: I emphasize the certainty of closing with me versus the potential uncertainties of listing with a realtor.
