Don't get me wrong I love RE and by simply being here (if you gain the knowledge that is here and abide by it) gives you a big advantage, but it is still a brand new business adventure and you are using his inheritance to start it.  

I am also interested in starting my RE adventure in the Bronx so maybe we'll cross paths on the forums more or otherwise!  

My lender recently notified me that freddie mac & fannie Mae guidelines have changed that don't count gambling income as "income".This puts me in a bad position as I want to invest in more homes, but without getting financed I'm limited on what I can do & at this moment I don't want to change jobs because of this change.

We need an adventure spot on this site so we can all talk about cool things other than Real Estate that can get boring...

(this has adventure wouldn't have been close to possible without my wife's support and decisiveness!!!)...
