Restartig my new adventure in Northern NY

Hi everyone :) I have been wanting to get into real estate for quite some time. Knowing it could not only change my and my familys lives but others as well. I watch my kids go to school everyday and wonder why I spent so long at a 9-5 when I should have been sending time with them and helping my parents for retirment instead of watching them work themselves to death. I started looking into it while in SC but recent circumstances brought me home. Both a blessing and a burden.  Blessing because Im home burden because our real estate market kind of stinks so theres not many people to network with :(. Nevertheless I'm deermined to not give up and learn as much as I can. I have started reading the beginners guide as well as set up my keywords already. Next is networking and tons of learning!
