Different topics/aspects of real estate investing come up at every single meetup which makes it interesting and fulfilling.

I know this is what I want to do and am devoting a lot of my time in educating myself about REI.

I study music education but have always had real estate as a final goal in mind.

I'm back on bg now doing some more research and educating myself.

I myself have been here just under a month and those resources have proved vital in my education thus far.It also helps to read books on REI and business in general.  

We can lay out an infinite number of hypothetical examples and what you could do, but the common theme is that you should try to understand what the seller wants out of the situation and find a way to fulfill that need.
