Hello,I listened to a podcast from BP where they talked all about subject to financing and have come across a deal where this would be an option.

DSCR loans are a great option for 30-year fixed rate! 

I would welcome any feedback on viable 1031 options as well as alternative options that will yield the same or higher long-term returns.

For this situation you would have handled differently your option but the reality is you can be held accountable as a guest even if you are ignorant, nothing to do with law.

Give the tenants the option of moving out before it goes to eviction.
