Why not just get a listing, put in on the MLS, and get your commission.If you dozed it, could you rebuild something and sell it for $1.4 million?

WOWI would try to find another way out of that situation.Unless you have millions of dollars in cash paying 200k to preserve credit and unload bad debt doesn't make sense.If 200k cash represents a large chunk of your liquid wealth I would not do that deal.I am not giving legal advice of any kind.

Where I live you can't really find anything in livable shape for less than $300k, and there are plenty of million dollar listings about a mile south of me, on the water.
