Yes I am extremely happy,one thing you need to look for in Memphis most people are poor so do not buy high end Homes gets something around 50 to 60 k I think that is the sweet spot .if you want the name of the company send me a privet massage thanks

I am now 44 and recently ( 2 years ago) inherited a 60 unit apartment complex from my uncle ( I was his favorite and he felt bad  about my rough childhood) it was managed poorly by a local company here I have been able to turn it around into a positive cash flow property..
