The rate will be lower and the terms will never change. 

There has been no change in market conditions in Crystal City yet.

Even after purchasing my home I still found myself searching and watching certain properties, keeping tabs on the market and hot area throughout the city and being able to notice certain changes in trends.

When the appraiser came back dinging paint that needed to be touched up and glass that needed to be replaced, we spend 6 hours there and knocked everything out before the weather changed too much.

I also stated that anything they did change must be taken down when they leave.

I may change my mind as I start digging deeper.

However, things are quickly changing due to COVID 19 and it is hard to foresee what lies ahead in the immediate market.

We are purchasing the property for $1,050,000 and doing $250K worth of work to it, hence the aquisition price of $1.3mil, but then the loan amount changes, so this is an imperfect analysis. 

I hurried into the bigger deals as fast as I could and teamed up with others.
