Personally I find profits in the arbitrage model to be too thin (along with other risk factors that deter me from it), so I think you might have trouble finding a partner on something like that.

Factoring in that I had to replace a dryer $900+ this year and I'm sure I've got some other machines that will have to go soon I'm thinking a 50/50 split is a decent deal.
