I know people come on hard times but if they have a backstop to fall on and get comfortable they won't ever try to fight there way back.

They supposedly wholesale a lot of deals in Detroit, Indianapolis, and Cleveland.Anyone ever hear of these folks, or dealt with them?

It's hard to picture prices on those houses ever dropping - classic California Craftsmans by the beach.
