Hi, I'm ready to get started with investing in RE.Please share what you found to be the most cost-effective way to register an LLC. 

I just had tenants renew their lease with a 2% increase, and they were thrilled.These little $25-$50 annual bumps in rent are rarely a point of contention from my experience, but I'm only invested in one particular region (greater Boston).  

Whether you're a seasoned investor, agent, or someone just as passionate as I am, I would love to learn from your experience and build a meaningful relationship! 

I haven't seen any posts about this option and was very curious to see if any investors would be willing to share their thoughts or experiences.

Also, based on my experience there are many areas in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area that make for great rentals.

@Garry Dhaliwal From my experience talking with other investors including others who have done it, it's a lot of time and work to develop mobile home parks from the ground up.
