I will make sure going forward I provide a carbon monoxide and smoke detector as a back up even if I have a hard wired system.I can handle losing a house but would never get over a loss of life.

Does the house have a second story or is the height of the main floor windows higher than can be easily reached with a short ladder.

I don't recommend it because I'm not convinced that Guidant takes all the precautions necessary to ensure that you don't run afoul of IRS and DOL regulation, and I'm not sure that the DOL may not crack down harder at some point...and the potential penalty is losing all of your retirement funds plus another 10%.I prefer to sleep well at night.

The parties can be prosectued and the client will lose all entitlements, it's fraud.

Which can be pretty expensive, and you will lose this, if down the road you can't close on the property.

Small amounts are easily done like taht.

Don't want to lose this tenant.

The same apply when losing money.
