I would suggest you refinance as soon as possible and lock your rate into a 4-something fixed and hopefully never touch the loan ever again.

I got the Buyer's Investment Profile, looked for properties that satisfied it, locked up a few properties, presented them, then he picked what he wanted (I believe it was actually 3 properties he picked), then delivered those three to the Buyer.From the time I got the Buyer Profile, to the time I got paid, was probably no more than 2 weeks.

This hasn't happened to me but I'm sure it happens often.Say you get a vacant house under contract, and the seller lives out of city/state.You get permission to have your partners/ buyers to come by and look at the property, possibly state in the contract being able to put a lock box on the house.BAM!

People locking up property to sell to make a fee but have no ability to actually buy are not buyers.I have no clue what your capabilities are just speaking in generalities.Were you trying to lock this up for a low junk fee or putting thousands non-refundable down if it doesn't close.
