My advice is to bird-dog those payments!

The neighbor tenants are leaving garbage on my side and letting their dog **** in our yard. 

That said, summerlin is the place to buy, I didn't buy there but that's because I couldn't afford a place that would house my 3 giant dogs, in a nice new place, get a yard, and be in summerlin LOL I don't know that specific subcomplex but it's in the heat of good things for sure.

You do not have to agree.If your happy being a lap dog for your tenants to abuse that is fine by me but don't expect all landlords to be grateful to tenants that pay when it suites them.

But the dog chews up all of the trim, carpet and vinyl in the rented premise...

They’ve got two dogs and generally are NOT the the tidiest people.
