Dorraine I am a principal broker in Georgia.I read O.C.G.A as well. There is a section in there where state law gives the GREC latitude to further define rules and regulations. You can work unlicensed for a company as an employee but not if you hold a license. If you hold a license and you want to be an employee you must relenquish your license. It's in there but I would have to dig it out.So the GREC regs are what you go by.
