Had an interesting discussion in the Department Heads group today where our CEO who has done more than 3000+ transactions and has an industry experience of 20+ years opined on the possibility of the election results impacting RE. 

But it will not impact your capital gain at all. 

The recommendation was to improve drainage around home (landscaping) and inspections on foundation every 3 years.Its a perimeter concrete foundation with a crawlspaceI plan to own the home for 10 years and I am afraid this will have further maintenance and impact resale value.

How much would the property management fees impact your cash flow and is there a way to increase intake to push cash flow into the black?

Those pulls have very little impact and I think this myth that you can't shop around or risk damaging your credit is a really cheap marketing move to scare people into grabbing the first lender that calls them. 

If you’re going to school and won’t be working or only working part time, that may really impact what you can afford because your obviously not getting that guaranteed base pay and BAH that lenders love to see for VA applicants especially.

I also tend to think that it's never too late to do something that will have a positive impact on your finances or overall life.

As you grow, your emotional impact from each deal changes drastically.

Running credit for a car or home loan typically does not have as much of an impact on score as people might think.The reason why people think this is because if you are applying for multiple credit cards the bureaus do see these as individual inquiries.
