It's easy to use and it's just a clean site.

I actually came across this yesterday trying to register a new property per the old requirement and the site for registrations now directs you through a part that asks for inspection info and an upload of an inspection document. 

I also was able to date improvements by the 60 year old newspapers stuffed into cracks.

I really enjoy connecting with others on the site.
