In your situation, you can of course "use" an agent to gather market information but bear in mind that that information might be biased so you need to do your own analysis and corroborate the info.

@Quinn Olivarez what I mistakenly did was paid robert kiyosaki 288$ a month for their financial blueprint real estate course that turned out what they were teaching how they were teaching how they where showing to do things turned out it would be illegal for me to do.
