There’s a BP book on long distance investing and it’s been discussed in the forums a lot, too.I’m sure some folks would argue it’s not “long distance” in the sense of halfway across the country, but I think it’s a non-trivial distance and is certainly a lot closer to long distance than local so I think it’s worth looking at long distance investing resources for ideas and help, too.

There is a substantial overhead burden that you have to carry long distance - literally every step in the process is harder and costs more money.

Is it easier to enforce social distancing with this strategy? 

Being a Realtor In Tampa our MLS will only allow us to go a certain distance say from Tampa to Orlando but no further.

How have you guys managed repairs/ renovations during coronavirus social distancing?

@Zeke Liston I do not have much knowledge on long distance investing so I was planning on it.

In my market houses sell quickly, so I've missed a lot of properties because the realtor was a day or 2 late.get your own license problem solved.realtors dont show houses much anymore especially to investors.. driveby walk around it make an offer subject to home inspection thats how its done.. buyer does the leg work not the agent in this modern real estate worldalso in Vegas and most markets agents are not showing houses with social distancing  maybe you heard we have this virus thing going around
