Would like to get a prospective on how much your cleaning service charges after each guest stay.

Can anyone recommenced  software or technology that you use for key-less entry or managing house cleanings etc.. 

They are rented out 5-9 months out of the year.A lady I know cleans and stocks them between vacancies, but that is another story.

Some of that has to do with the city cleaning up Armor Blvd a few years ago, which used to be a real mess.

Carpets I'm replacing anyway, and new paint throughout, but I think the walls will need a special cleaning before any new paint can be applied.

I bought the house for 53k but then I had to pay for roof replacement (4.6k) and some repairs (6k - paint, cleaning, new appliances, insurance first two months payment and more).

I’d like to submit a clean analysis to lenders without having the extra explanation of adding rehab to purchase cost on the analysis.

We have done all the cleaning ourselves when preparing and turning over the home and take care to do as good a job as possible for the next guest.My question is about what is considered standard, thorough cleaning-  The most recent guests seemed to have spent a lot of time in the kitchen.  

We have a team of cleaning crews, and managers, and we are looking to expand!

I just text the cleaning person when the house needs cleaning and HA automates everything else.
