Tax and insurance 2000 a year.B class neighborhood. 

We got started in class A properties with little down.

This is an A class area.

There are a few decent agents here on biggerpockets.Some work in Class D- ( high crime ) and extremely old area properties.I personally only look to work with clients who are: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ready, Willing, Able, and Most importantly RealisticGood luck with your investing.

If you've taken a statistics class, you will recall what they call "the bell curve" distribution. 

They keep trying to add more ethics classes to no avail...

We had two students in the class.
