There are so many microeconomic environments in this city it makes a different on ROI and the buy and hold strategy.

There are also a few quirks with how I run things that doesn’t full align.I like QBO but not the price point for having Classes, which are needed to determine unit profits.I am currently looking at Rental Hero, Avail, and Stessa as possible options.

What type of work environment can I expect? 

Preferably properties with value add potential in B-C class neighborhoods and up and coming areas in the path of progress.
