Fans are cheap mold is expensive!

I don't know Kenosha personally myself however I have heard that there are some bad areas in Kenosha where there are cheap rental properties but D-class areas. 

Their furniture is already "cheap" so throw in 20% and you're buying new couches for $250. 

Any recommendations for a good and cheap (!!)

Anyone who says it is too much or too low in any given area can say that with any location.I am currently in Austin, Texas and had to retrieve bids for interior paint (all walls and ceilings - Eggshell - Three bedrooms, stairway @ 2 flights, gym, two bathrooms, closets, etc @ roughly 1,200 square feet and over 300 square feet of new cove base throughout apartment was needed.I received five random bids ranging from $2,600 to $5,500 - Guess what?

@Joseph Bass no offense, but could have meant they don't like people who are cheap? 

If it is going to need a furnace you need to price one out, they are not too cheap.  

Good news is gas is cheap. 

I had a decent paying job in NJ while living at home on the cheap, and wanted to use my money to invest in real estate.

I'm in need of some cheap cabinets and wood flooring.
