I think the bank will start to charge additional fee when the number of accounts exceed certain level.   

My title company charges me $5.00 for that.

So if a house costs $565,000 and escrow charges 0.8%, escrow costs $4,520, right?

He may come out and give you a quote for no charge.

My other question, seems like most banks charge fees for accounts with less than certain amounts.

Most  brokerages here either are 80/20 or 70/30 split which often then charges additional desk fees and insurance  on top.  

On the Facebook group, people started right in telling me I was charging too much, calling me names, telling me to have a heart, etc.

Prior to this year I had always been hesitant to  delve into the world of credit and my mindset was, If I don't have the money for it why charge it and if I do have the money for it then I don't need to charge it.  

I find those lines hilarious enough to say, "Give me a contract, and when I get the job, I could pay you 15 times what you charge".
