Another item to account for when running the numbers.Because used mobile homes can be purchased for such a low price ($25K, $12K or even less if they are in really bad shape) they can provide some great cash flow since the rent to price ratio is so favorable.

@Bill CrowOn re-reading the item, it seems like it’s intended to be an app fee, refundable if app not accepted and applied to security deposit if you sign a lease.
