Even if the first property they buy works out as expected, most don't buy a second one.

Doing some risk analysis.Let’s say I buy a property now and market value drops soon by 20% is it better to have less downpayment such as 20%.  

As far as loans go, can I buy 2-3 different houses or can I only buy 1 at a time?

I usually join all the facebook and meetup groups in the area in which I buy and go through 3 months of posts:)  and then connect and meetup and then see..but then I am very patient...

If it is not a good buy in first place it might would scar me from multifam.

Seems that I need to buy the 14 inch rough in toilets (which is hard, because only few models are available at Home Depot and Lowes, since this is a non-standard size).

Assume the property is well located with average appreciation ...Selling some properties of mine and just curious what the average investor buyer is thinking ...Thanks guys I wouldn't personally recommend deliberately buying a property you believe will be negative cash flow.
