I don't own any properties where the lawn condition is that big a deal so it wouldn't bother me.The only downside in’s aging no is that the tenant may leave but tenants are replaceable.

I know when I was looking for places to rent... if something had an old list date and had been edited I didn't even bother most of the time (unless it was good deal).

FHA multi-family is one i dont even bother trying to tell someone if they qualify or not until i see the numbers on the subject property in question. there are too many variables to consider which are property specific. for example: what are the current tenants paying?
