I'm in Charlotte NC and we just finished one that fits the bill perfectly. 

The new stimulus bill has programs for small business owners.

Again this bill is ill advised at best.

Here is the bill that I posted about a few days ago. 

The US Senate’s COVID-19 bill changed the landlord’s rights.

It talked about how the stimulus bill has a huge yet very little known change that will greatly benefit investors earning 500k or more. 

@Nitanga Jean De DieuThere is a provision in the bill referred to as:“Emergency Disaster Loan Grant” on page 68-69Which adds to the current EIDL loan, which rental property owners can apply for, the ability to request up to $10,000 in an advance, paid in 3 days, after application has been made.Even if the applicant is denied the loan they may keep the $10k grant and do not need to pay said grant back.

After I pay my set bills as listed above this place has to give me cash month of at least $560, giving me my money back in 36 months or betterI have been able to find this cash flowing property in TX, IL and IA so far and all have been solid investments to date

The company that she hired would always show up and leave the bill on our door.

Let's hope these services are able to receive help from the relief bill.
