There are so many areas to think of involving Short Sales 1) finding the properties 2) getting the BPO done 3) getting the HUD-1 done 4) putting the Short Sale Package together in such a way that your offer seems reasonable to the bank 5) getting authorization to be on the account and speak for the homeowner 6) negotiating well with the lender to maximize your profits 7) getting Proof Of Funds for the bank 8) getting the wet funds for the deal 9) finding the right Title Company to double close with BTW Real Estate Agents think you are a crook when you use the "double close" words.
