Could anyone recommend any agencies or documentation specialists in Texas who can assist with the drafting and recording of a promissory note and a deed of trust, according to Texas mortgage financing laws?

We both live within blocks of the hotel so its easy to just pop in any time.

If it is a small multi, then you live in one unit and rent out the rest.

In fact, the best ones I have stayed in are the ones that people ACTUALLY live in, because they have all the things one would expect.

Are the rents in the area where you want to buy sufficient enough to offset your costs of living on one side?
