Got the verbal loan approval this morning for our VR purchase, closing in about a month!  

Anything above or below a certain score you can either approve or deny.

I approved his request a couple months ago.  

No one can refi or sell if there isn't a trust or court approved admin/exec.

Need to know if he can get approved for a loan, if so what he looking at for down payment and interest rates or if an investor for some interests(30%) would be better or easier or any other viable options?

Have any of you guys had any success buying a mobile home and a separate lot and moving the mobile home to your new lot and then selling?

Jonathan, Check online for your state approved  Purchase and Sale Agreement, as well as an Assignment of Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Real Estate. 

The Board may or may not have to approve the request, if they do need to and fail to act, you have CYA'ed your tail by requesting the audit.
