I moved to Denver about a year ago and currently work remotely at a financial technology company building software for the Healthcare space.

Most build goals based upon the long term strategy, but buy based upon their short term strategy (cash flow).Since there isnt a politically correct way to say this, I will be a bit blunt.  

Hi bought ten lots of land in Sebring Florida its R# zoned paying for upfront construction cost need help with getting a mortgage once its built so I can continual to build on  the rest of the lots going to be about 18 homes made of containers I have 3 other investors working with me.

My condo is located close to a university and apartments in that area mostly cater to student population.Condo has been on the market for 14 days.

Within a year my wife and I acquired four multi-families properties with a total of 20 units, and eventually another building to rent out (currently a bait and tackle shop) as well as an Ice House.

I am looking to build an ADU in the city of Atlanta.

Particulars:1) 1st SFH rental property cash flows $400 and we have a 2 year lease agreement that ends in 2025. 2) 2nd SFH I currently live in, I would rent out and probably experience a negative cash flow of --$100 cash flow for first year, break even 2nd year, and build little cash flow moving forward.
