I had a nice phone chat with @Upen Patel who gave me a great lay of the land including the pros/cons of the LLC when it comes to lending.

Question is, since I'll be a future landlord as well as an investor do you recommend placing my direct phone number on my card since providing my tenants my card I feel shows professionalism.

For some reason the @ feature doesn't play well with my phone. 

Basically you have housing, transportation, internet, phone, food and clothes.  

Make sure the Team members understand your plan, goals, and will return your phone calls promptly when you need them.  

Would sure be nice to do all of what @Nick Colamarino mentioned without having to make a phone call every time you have a question or want to adjust a search, or talk to a seller etc.I felt kinda bad blowing up my realtor when I was looking for mine.
