Most PMs I have contacted have an indemnification clause in their contract, which says the Owner (me) would have to indemnify (reimburse) the PM for any and all losses PM incurs relating to any injuries that occur on the property. 

In other words, (hopefully this would never occur but) if Russia nuked NYC, would both the United States financial system and the worldwide financial system cease to function? 

I checked in January and no sign of weird behaviors occurring.

How many landlords actually do these things to mitigate their liabilities in the event of an accident caused by the following?
