Has anyone had any experience with the wholesaler New Western Acquisitions in Colorado? 

Hello Fellow Investors,Has anyone heard of New Western Acquisitions?  

Mostly in Western States.

Obviously this is a much different market than Western NY state so I will probably need some hard money lenders to make the next deal fly.

Both units were bought from New Western Acquisitions in Tampa.

Even then, I think there are major issues to be hammered through... not least of which is how is something like this implemented in a fashion that keep it from becoming bureaucratic mess that gets increased every time there is an approaching election and some team wants to buy votes

RetailI have a 3/2 in College park (Orlando) that will be listing in about 3 weeksThe flip I have is a 3/2 in Ocoee (western suburb of Orlando) that I need to finish up and get on the market.

However,  all core anticapitalists believe that the enemy of Western societies is capital ownership  rather than inadequate use and distribution of social resources.

You could always use the old fashioned way and post door hangers in your selected neighborhood or mail flyers.

I too am a relocated mid-westerner (from Chicago) but am a long-time resident of Phoenix now with 28 summers under my belt.
