These were situation where I managed to find their phone numbers in the public records, sites like yellowpages.com or spokeo.comThe challenge is the phone numbers found there is accurate only 10% of the time at best.Does anyone know of an efficient skip tracing system that is more accurate?

Lastly, the entire home we have decided to make "smart" and all locks, locks, thermostat, towel warmer, and mood lighting will be controlled via phones or computer.

Now with the second one is more stressful because of collecting rents, repairs based on phone-calls from the tenants, maintenance....

The tenant seems to just want to walk away; she says she's had alot of harrassment with letters, phone calls and people coming to the door trying to buy the house off her. 

I pre-screened the caller over the phone but after checking her FB I found out she lied about pets and smoking.

But because I like reading on my phone in bed in the dark, instead of just reading the book I instead bought it on Kindle on my phone.

Anyway to keep this post shorter I met with him and he gave me some great information and at the time I was actually transferring to central Wisconsin and he had a friend from the area, Derek Dombeck, so from there I got his contact info and when I transferred the following semester I got ahold of Derek and during that first phone call of talking with him he offered if I wanted to attend a REIA that he was hosting 2 hours away.
