I chose a cabinet guy for the same reason, his price was competitive, and I didn't want to take the time to learn to be a cabinet installer -- they did amazing finish work and now my rentals have better, solid wood, cabinets than 90% of the home-brew flips I see around here.

Based on your experience, are these costs applicable only to the Ogden/Weber County area or could they apply in areas further north like Box Elder County or south to say, Woods Cross/West Bountiful area?

You could also put vinyl plank over the wood as lots of rental owners do.Cabinets and counters all depend on the local comparable rentals and what you have.

@Ryan Clevenger You don't want to have tiles laying on wood.I suggest putting cement board on top of the wood then put tiles on that.

. - the windows/doors all can be moved as much of the siding wood is rotted and is being replaced. - the doors to the deck I plan to use full glass pane doors for more spacious feel and light and modern look.
