It's not that big of a deal for me to do, and perhaps I will attach a short, factual letter about the times I entered the apartment and it's general condition as @Anthony Wick suggested.I could tell her to FOIL the doc, but if I get a copy it will give me a chance to redact my home address, just in case her ex is a maniac.

I’m saying I honestly don’t remember because it’s been over a year I was asking if I did  just in case what do I do and if I did sign but didn’t finish the other paperwork did they have the right.

Just in my area there are 8 to 12 meetups with others involved in real estate. 

Just in the gathering of quotes/rates at this time and curious if anyone has any recommendations?

I think it's also a good idea these days to have cash reserves set aside and a plan B just in case things hit the fan and you have to get another loan on the property for whatever reason.
